Also known as a Closing Agent, Title Agent, or Esrow Officer - this team member will be working behind the scenes to search title, determine pro-rata expenses, work with the lender, and follow up on purchasing agreement instructions (while you're busy with inspections and financing). The Closer will also hold deposits in a separate escrow account, prepare closing statements, and obtain title insurance.

As an impartial party to the transaction, the Closer is there to provide you with information and facilitiate the transfer of the property from seller to buyer - so don't hesitate to ask questions along the way!

The Title Processor is responsible for submitting title request, clearing closing requirements, examining prior policy and surveys conditions - basically our human computer! 

This team member also processes files by ordering title search, surveys, and lien searches, necessary verification forms, and conducts follow up with outside sources for outstanding documents. Whew - that's alot of process power.

The Transaction Coordinator helps to exceed expectations, handle all the details of the transaction, and ensure a successful closing! 

From creating closing checklists and reviewing all closing documents for compliance, to scheduling and handling all communications between each involved party. This team member has it under control!

The Post-Closer handles the wrap up of each closing and makes sure everything has been settled for the real estate transaction. This team member communicates with customers and partners to verify accuracy and completeness. 

They often confirm the reciept and disburment of funds upon closing statement, record dees and mortgage authorizations, setup for delivery of the deed and title polisies to buyers, check requests for funds in escrow, and more!
